The Essentials is a 12 week, one on one, virtual program for emerging women leaders. Each week, I will coach you through various topics that I believe will make you a more effective leader as you progress through your career. In conjunction with the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® assessment, the program is geared toward women who are searching for their voice as they grow as leaders.
This 12 week, individualized program, is broken into 3 modules, each 4 weeks.

This program is designed to guide you through the key foundational elements of leadership in today’s evolving post-pandemic world. Expectations have shifted significantly from a decade ago, and as an emerging woman leader, you need to know how to drive results, empower your team, and stay authentic to your values.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you will build greater self-awareness and confidence as a leader. You will enhance your resilience and capacity, learn how to navigate conflict, and foster a positive, inclusive culture. You will also develop strategies to lead in a way that inspires others to follow.

By the end of the program, you will have the tools to find and use your voice, claim your seat at the table, and become a more effective leader in today’s world.
