I am an ICF accredited coach and an established executive whose distinct value is the ability to deliver results while leading from within. I am a creator of communities, a weaver of resources, and a curator of stories. I am a solid advocate for women in leadership roles.

With 30 years' experience as a leader, including over a decade running regional, national, and international nonprofits, I have dedicated my career to helping others from both sectors.

I believe the best way to achieve resiliency and keep the work meaningful is for me to use my stories and experiences. This allows me to guide my clients through a path of self-leadership to harness their power within themselves. It also grants me an opportunity to create a community for women to support and amplify one another.
